14-day refund policy

For new purchases from October 23, 2026, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing [email protected]. Include the checkout email address and receipt or order reference.

The same 14-day request window applies to subscription charges, measured from the charge date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; contact support for help.

For a choose-10 guide purchase, the full bundle is refunded and access to its protected downloads ends. Refunds go to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Earlier purchases retain the refund policy offered at checkout. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
